Lastly, I want to emphasize the importance of mental and emotional well-being as part of a healthy lifestyle. This can be achieved through practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and seeking support from friends, family, or professionals when needed. A healthy mind leads to a healthy body, as our mental state can affect our physical health.
