Yet, in the process of practice, we may encounter various difficulties and setbacks that make it hard to hold onto our beliefs. Therefore, through my speech, I want to convey to all of you that as long as we remain steadfast in our efforts, success will be waiting just around the corner for us.
Firstly, effort is the cornerstone of success. When we have a lofty dream, it is only through sustained effort that we can gradually approach our goals. The great scientist Albert Einstein once said, "Genius is 1% inspiration, 99% perspiration." This quote illustrates the relationship between effort and success. In our journey of striving, we acquire knowledge, skills, and experiences that are crucial for our future development.
Secondly, success requires overcoming difficulties. Every person on the path to success faces many obstacles and challenges. However, we must not shrink back or give up. On the contrary, we should bravely face difficulties and learn from failures. For instance, the renowned inventor Thomas Edison once said, "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." This statement reflects the determination and perseverance needed to overcome obstacles. It was through his continuous efforts and learning from failures that he ultimately successfully invented numerous significant breakthroughs.
Lastly, I would like to emphasize that success requires motivation and support. The support and encouragement from friends and family play a crucial role in our pursuit of success. Their support can help us overcome all challenges, maintain confidence, and foster a positive mindset. For instance, the parents of the famous singer Michael Jackson constantly supported and encouraged him selflessly throughout his musical career. It allowed him to persist through hardships and eventually become an extraordinary artist.
In conclusion, effort is the key to success. On our path to realizing our dreams, we need to continuously strive, overcome difficulties, and seek support and motivation from others.
